Woman seen inside semi covered in blood and screaming for help

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ– Police are actively searching for a semi-truck after a witness reported seeing a woman covered in blood and screaming for help.
The incident was reported around 2:00 p.m. Wednesday on Route 130 in South Brunswick.
The witness who was at a dealership at the time told police that they saw the semi pull over and a woman who appeared to be in distress, try to jump from the cab.
The woman was almost out of the cab before the truck driver pulled her back in.
The woman appeared to be bleeding from her head.
When the witness started walking toward the truck, the driver sped off into traffic.
Police say the semi was headed towards the Ridge Road exit.
The vehicle is described as a white Volvo tractor-trailer cab with blue letters on the side.
The victim is described as a white or Hispanic female with long brown hair.
She was said to have been wearing a brown flannel shirt.
The suspect is described as an older white male, who was bald and had a white beard.
