The Buffalo Bills 35-0 thumping of the Dolphins on Sunday was Miami’s second-worst shutout loss at home.
Injury prone Miami Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa lasted only two series and left the game with bruised ribs.

As a result of Tua being out of the picture, there are three QB’s that could come to the Fin’s rescue.
Dolphins: 3 replacement options for Tua Tagovailoa
3. Deshaun Watson
Watson’s legal problems are still unresolved, but as long as the Texans are willing to pay him not to not play the league won’t be motivated to do anything. A.J. Perez of Front Office Sports recently reported the criminal probe into Watson is “looking more unlikely” to be done by the Nov. 2 trade deadline.
2. Cam Newton
Rather than keep him around as Mac Jones’ backup, the Patriots let Newton go before the season started. Any team could sign Newton tomorrow if they wanted to, and it’s unclear if any teams have made him an offer over the past few weeks.
1. Jacoby Brissett
Brissett replaced Tagovailoa against the Bills on Sunday, and completed 24 of 40 passes for 169 yards with an interception. He was brought in by Miami to be an experienced backup for Tagovailoa, and a capable fill-in if called upon, and he sneakily has a lot of starts under his belt in his career.
Meanwhile, the Jaguars are still winless after falling to the Broncos 23-13 in their home opener in Jacksonville while he Super Bowl champs look as good as ever. The Buccaneers trounced the Falcons 48-25 in Tampa behind Tom Brady’s five touchdown passes.
