A Freeze WARNING remains in effect for St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee Counties until 8 a.m. Also, a Frost ADVISORY remains up for inland Palm Beach County and Martin County until 8 a.m. This afternoon, mostly sunny with highs in the mid-upper 60s.

The cold weather has South Florida farmers concerned. Many are worried that crops could be damaged by this weekend’s sub-freezing temperatures. It could take days before the full extent of the damage is known. And, produce prices may go up as a result.
The storm in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic is affecting thousands of travelers in South Florida. Hundreds of flights were canceled this weekend at the three major airports in South Florida. Most of the cancellations were Saturday, but some cancellations and delays are already reported this morning. Call ahead to your airline before heading to the airport to make sure your flight is not cancelled.
