Pelosi was taking a picture with the newly elected congresswoman out of Texas, Mayra Flores and her family, but apparently felt that Mayra’s daughter got a little too close to her because she gave her the old forearm shiver to push her away.

Thankfully, Mayra’s daughter wasn’t giving into Pelosi’s bullying and moved back into the frame.
