(NEW YORK, NY) — World leaders are gathering in-person for the first time in three years at the United Nations General Assembly in New York City, where Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is front and center.

With many leaders in London for Queen Elizabeth’s funeral, multiple speeches had to be rescheduled, including President Biden and Ukrainian President Zelensky, who will both speak today.

National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said Biden will offer a “firm rebuke” of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
