(HOUSTON, TX)– A 25-year-old man who was seen on video dancing on top of an 18-wheeler in traffic has died after the truck went under an overpass and he was knocked off of the vehicle.
The incident occurred around 11:35 a.m. Thursday on the southbound end of the Eastex Freeway.
Authorities say the unnamed man managed to get on top of the semi-truck without the knowledge of the driver and began dancing as the truck moved along in traffic.
Once the truck went under the Tuam Street bridge, the man was struck by the bridge and knocked off of the trailer.
He was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital-Texas Medical Center, where he later died.
Officials believe the man may have been recording himself.

The situation is still under investigation.
