
(KEY WEST, FL)– The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who was found dead on a beach at Clarence S. Higgs Memorial Beach Park.
The victim was discovered Wednesday around 7:35 a.m. by a park employee.
Investigators say that they have the victim’s fingerprints and are working on identifying him.
Officials also reported that autopsy results are pending but a preliminary evaluation found no sign of foul play.
The man is described as around 5’8″ and between 150 to 160 lbs.
He has gray hair, a well-groomed beard, and a six-inch surgical scar on his lower right abdomen.
He was found wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black shorts, and black socks.
