The Broward County Sheriff’s office is currently searching for an Uber Eats driver who reportedly walked off with her dog.

The incident was reported on Saturday at a home in Dania Beach.

The victim told authorities that she noticed that her 3-month-old puppy had gone missing.

She then checked her Ring doorbell footage which showed that the puppy somehow managed to escape and went to the neighbor’s home. As the Uber Eat driver walked the food up to the victim’s door the dog followed her.  The driver then dropped off the food to the home and picked up the puppy before driving away with it.

The victim reported the incident to Uber Eats who says they are are looking into the situation.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office is also investigating the incident.
