(WEST PALM BEACH, FL) – Two separate car crashes sent two suspects, and a West Palm Beach police officer to the hospital Thursday, according to police.

The first crash involved two police cars, when deputies attempted to pull over two suspects in a Crown Victoria on Eighth Street and Tamarind Avenue, police spokesman Mike Jachles said.

A man and woman in the car drove off and crashed into two police cars, hitting an officer. That officer was taken to a nearby hospital with minor leg injuries.

The suspects in the car continued driving off in the Crown Victoria and then caused another crash with two other cars near Division Avenue & 15th Street, Jachles said.

The two suspects were taken to a nearby hospital. No arrests have been made at this time.
