Two people working at a Boynton Beach construction site died Tuesday morning when a crane collapsed at the Riverwalk Plaza project near East Woolbright Rd. and US-1.

The accident happened at around 10:30 AM.

The two workers were already deceased by the time paramedics arrived according to assistant Boynton Beach Fire Chief Jarvis Prince though no one else was injured in the accident.

Police crime scene technicians remain on the scene which will soon be turned over to the Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) to determine the exact cause the cause of the accident.

The names of the victims have not been released.
