(PALM BEACH, FL) — Former President Donald Trump released a video to his social platform ‘Truth Social’ yesterday, just hours after the FBI raided his Mar-a-Lago Palm Beach residency.

Many are speculating the video is a tease to his penultimate return to the White House in 2024.

The video criticizes the current state of our country, referencing how President Biden has scorned Trump’s ‘patriotic’ direction.

“We are a nation that allowed Russia to devastate a country, Ukraine, killing hundreds of thousands of people, and it will only get worse,” Trump recounted. “We are a nation that over the past two years is no longer respected or listened to all around the world.”

Trump released a statement regarding the raid, arguing that “after working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate.”

“Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries. Sadly, America has now become one of those Countries, corrupt at a level not seen before,” Trump said.

The FBI’s grounds for an unannounced raid and siege were allegedly associated with classified documents that Trump brought to Mar-a-Lago after the completion of his presidential term, which were sealed in 15 boxes according to sources.

Classified material seized from his estate included ‘love letters’ from Kim Jong-un, a letter from former President Obama, and a cocktail napkin.

Many republicans argue the invading raid is a pre-eminent moment for Trump to push his ‘drain the swamp’ motto ahead of 2022 midterm elections.
