Former President Trump is suing Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee over the 2016 election alleging they conspired to “weave a false narrative” about Trump’s campaign colluding with Russia.

Trump defeated Democrat Clinton in the 2016 presidential election. The lawsuit claims Clinton and the DNC switched gears after the election in an effort to undermine Trump’s administration. The lawsuit was filed in Florida and seeks $72-million in damages.  A settlement is possible in order to prevent the release of incriminating evidence.

Perhaps Trump will sue CBS 60 Minutes and Leslie Stahl as well for failure to acknowledge the proven facts that the Democrats spied on his campaign.
