Donald Trump, a businessman, entertainer and former U.S. president, is no longer in the top echelon of America’s richest people.

Not according to Forbes.

The former President was left off the Forbes 400 list of America’s richest people for the first time in 25 years, the magazine reported on Tuesday.

The business magazine estimated his net worth fell by about $600 million during the coronavirus pandemic.

The decline could be attributed to big-city properties, which make up the core of his fortune.

Forbes reports that Trump, worth an estimated $2.5 billion, was short $400 million to make this year’s list.

USA Today reports that Trump was on the list every year from 1996 to 2020.
