Three people are dead after a man reportedly drove his pickup truck into the family of his ex-girlfriend and then opened fire on them.
The incident occurred on Sunday on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation.
Police say the family, 40-year-old Christy Siau, her husband 39-year-old David Siau, the couple’s 18-month-old daughter, and two other young children were visiting another family member 30-year-old Christina Siau who worked as a physician on the Indian reservation.

The group was walking along a roadway in a tourist village bordering Glacier National Park around 9:00 p.m. when they were attacked by Christina’s ex.
According to the report, 37-year-old Derick Amos Madden purposely drove his Toyota Tacoma into the family, hitting some of them before running into a tree. Madden then got out of the vehicle and fatally shot David. He then shot Christy as she tried to run to safety with her 18-month-old daughter in her arms. The child was fatally wounded while the mother was critically wounded.
When Madden ran out of bullets, he then attacked his ex-girlfriend Christina, with a knife.
Christina reportedly fought back and was able to kill him.
Police declined to say how the woman killed Madden, however, several news reports stated that he was killed with his own knife.
