Thunderstorm warning and flood advisory issued for portions of Palm Beach County

The National Weather Center has issued a flood advisory for portions of southeast Florida, including Palm Beach County.
Around 4:06 p.m. the Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms in the area, which is expected to bring an additional 1 to 3 inches of rainfall.
Minor flooding is expected in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Areas that the advisory covers are:
West Palm Beach, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Royal Palm
Beach, The Acreage, Loxahatchee Groves, Golden Lakes and
North County Airport.
The advisory is in effect until 6:00 p.m.
A Severe Thunderstorm warning has also been issued for parts of Northeastern Palm Beach County.
At 4:19 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located over Golden Lakes near West Palm Beach.
It was said to be moving Northeast at 10 MPH.
Those traveling in the area can expect wind gusts up to 60 MPH and Nickel size Hail.
This advisory is in effect until 4:45 p.m.
