BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — Officials say several migrants have been detained near Gulf Stream Park south of Briney Breezes and the Boynton inlet after a rather large luxury yacht came ashore Monday morning.

The boat can be seen beached near Gulf Stream Park from Chopper 5 in Boynton Beach.

According to Boynton Beach fire rescue, around 29 to 30 migrants were on the boat and were checked out to make sure they are healthy. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office says the migrants have been detained and will be processed by border patrol.
