The South Florida Fair Kicks off Today!

(PALM BEACH COUNTY) — The 111th Annual South Florida Fair kicks off today, Friday the 13th, with a dinosaur theme called Dino-mite, and a free opening ceremony.

The South Florida Fair is a big draw.  Last year’s attendance was at 300,000 and they expect to top that number this year.

In addition to dinosaurs and rides, the fair offers music and food.

Wednesday is Bike Night and 300 motorcycles will parade throughout the grounds.
Senior Day January 23rd after 4 p.m., special Senior day admission is $5 per person. 60 or older ID required.
Seniors aged 60 and over will have the opportunity to participate in special events, entertainment and services just for them.
And don’t forget the Racing Pigs! These racing swine are always a crowd favorite. It’s amazing how fast little porkers will run for a cookie.
Unaccompanied children are not allowed without an adult after 8 p.m. on the Fair Grounds on weekends. On Friday and Saturday nights after 8 p.m., anyone 17 or younger has to be accompanied by an adult and buy a ride wristband for $40 at the gate.
