This police camera video provided by The Moab Police Department shows Gabrielle “Gabby” Petito talking to a police officer after police pulled over the van she was traveling in with her boyfriend, Brian Laundrie, near the entrance to Arches National Park on Aug. 12, 2021. The couple was pulled over while they were having an emotional fight. Petito was reported missing by her family a month later and is now the subject of a nationwide search. A new police report alleges that Moab police had probable cause to arrest Gaby Petito for domestic violence before she was murdered during a cross-country trip last Fall.
The investigation is now blaming police for making mistakes during the August stop in Moab, Utah, during which Petito admitted the couple had been violent with each other and that she hit her fiancé first.
Also, more on Ghislaine Maxwell’s bid for a new trial and of course our favorite Florida Sheriff Grady Judd.
