MEMPHIS, TN–
The Memphis Police Department is searching for a 34-year-old woman who was forced into a vehicle while jogging and is now missing.
Eliza Fletcher was reportedly jogging near the University of Memphis around 4:20 a.m. Friday when she was approached by an “unknown individual,” according to police.
She was then reportedly forced into an SUV and taken from the scene.
Police believe the person who took Fletcher was possibly in a dark color SUV.
The vehicle was seen on surveillance traveling westbound on Central.
Fletcher is described as a white female weighing 137 lbs with brown hair and green eyes.
