Two teen girls are reporting that they found a new born baby abandoned on the ground near a apartment complex. The discovery was made around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, in Memphis, Tennessee. According the report, the new born was found with a small blanket wrapped around his waist and with it’s umbilical cord still attached. The child was taken to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in non-critical condition. The Memphis Police Department says they located the child’s mother a few hours after the discovery was made and have decided not to press charges against her.
