The Broward Sheriff’s Office is reporting that they are currently searching for a suspect who fatally shot a mother and her daughter in North Lauderdale.

Officials say they responded to a townhouse complex on the 7900 block of Tam Oshanter Boulevard Monday around 9:00 a.m. to find the disturbing scene.

“On scene, emergency crews located two victims that had been shot,” said Gerdy St. Louis of BSO. “Those victims were pronounced deceased. Homicide and crime scene detectives were notified and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this shooting. Detectives believe that this is an isolated incident.”

Authorities say they are now searching for 32-year-old Andre Anglin.

Friends of the victims say that Anglin is the father of one of the victims.

If you have any information about Anglin’s whereabouts, you are asked to contact Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
