Deadlines for early voting and vote-by-mail have passed for Tuesday’s Primary election. However, you are still able to vote in person.
One big race on the Broward ballot is the battle between incumbent but suspended Broward Sheriff Scott Israel and appointed Sheriff Gregory Tony.
Both men are democrats and the primary election will pretty much determine who will be Broward’s next sheriff.
On primary election day, polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and any voters waiting in line at 7 p.m. will still be able to cast a ballot.
