A 35-year-old man is in trouble for apparently trying to frame his father when his cash request was denied.

According to West Palm Beach Police, Bryan Mallaek sent child porn to his father after the parent refused to give him money to buy drugs.

When his father called him and asked why he did that, Mallaek “giggled,” the arrest report states.

During police questioning, the son also admitted that he had saved child pornography on his electronic devices. Authorities found the images on the hard drive of his phone.

Bryan Mallaek is charged with one count of child pornography.
