Coronavirus testing sites that are operated by the Health Care District of Palm Beach County will be closed on Monday due to Tropical Depression Eta.
The Health Care District made the announcement on Friday stating:
“Due to inclement weather, all COVID-19 Testing Sites will be closed on Monday, November 9th.”
Tropical Depression Eta is expected to re-strengthen into a tropical storm Friday as it approaches the US Sunday into Monday.
While most of Palm Beach County is out of the cone of uncertainty, the storm still has the potential to bring heavy rain and flooding to the area.
Areas that will be affected by the closures are facilities in Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Belle Glade, and Jupiter.
As of now, all locations are scheduled to reopen on Tuesday. If you have questions about the closures, you can contact the Health Care District at (561) 642-1000.
