‘Sex in the City’ revival officially has a home at HBO Max

It’s been more than a decade since we have enjoyed a new chapter in the “Sex in the City” franchise and, now the wait is over.

HBO Max revealed on Tuesday that the “Sex in the City” revival will premiere this year.

“And Just Like That” all of the fans of the show and the movies go wild over this spectacular news.

Sarah Jessica Parker announced in a YouTube video that the first episode would be released sometime in December.

The 10-episode reboot was announced earlier this year and will star Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristen Davis, with Michael Patrick King coming back as EP.

With all of the chatter online regarding the success of the reboot without Kim Cattrall’s character Samantha Jones, it’s sure to be a juicy journey for all involved parties.

In a statement, HBO Max said, “the series will follow Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.”

A few of the new cast members are Nicole Ari Parker, Sara Ramirez, Karen Pittman and Sarita Choudhury.
