Rush Limbaugh of  “The Rush Limbaugh Show, ” has announced that he is currently battling advanced lung cancer.

The radio host made the announcement Monday  after two medical institutions confirmed his status on January 20th.

According to reports, Rush went in for a check up after noticing something was wrong on January 12th.

He now plans to take several days off from the show to undergo treatment.
