Royal Palm Beach, FL– A teacher at Royal Palm Beach Community High school was been taken into police custody on Thursday after it was discovered that they were in possession of a gun and a knife on school property.
The teacher has been identified as Robert Krasnicki.
Both weapons were confiscated and Krasnicki was taken into custody.
Authorities say that while no staff members or students were threatened by the teacher, having a weapon on a school campus is a felony violation and a violation of the District’s policy.
It was not said how the weapons were discovered.
School officials reported that Krasnicki will not be returning to the school.
