Drummer Charlie Watts, the coolest and quietest Rolling Stone, has died at the age of 80.

In a statement, his publicist said “It is with immense sadness that we announce the death of our beloved Charlie Watts.”
Watts had recently pulled out of the Rolling Stones tour due to health reasons.
Bandmates Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood gave supportive messages to Watts following the announcement.
The drummer joined the band in 1963.
