Reba McEntire is opening a restaurant and live music space

Reba McEntire is adding restaurateur to her resume. The powerhouse country singer is opening her own restaurant and live music venue in Atoka, OK in 2022, and the name is very fitting for the queen of country music. Reba’s Place will be a place where country music legends can come together share a great meal and good company. The 66-year-old announced the news during a concert in Durant, OK and posted a video of the moment on her Instagram page.

“We’re really tickled, we’re very excited about it,” the singer said in a short clip. McEntire said she’s hoping to open it around September 2022. The restaurant is described as a combination of a bar, live music venue and a retail store. On the main floor, a restored antique bar will provide a variety of beer, wine and cocktails. The menu will be packed with southern comfort staples with a regional flavors like cornbread and pinto beans.
