Once the government roll out of N-95 facemasks are officially in place, Publix will began offering them to the public for free.

The supermarket announced on Monday that it will be joining the list of stores who will be distributing the masks through the federal government’s program to curb the spread of COVID-19.

It is unclear when the masks will be available in stores.  Distributors say they are still waiting to receive their allotment of masks.

Once the facemasks are available, families will only be allowed three facemasks per person.
