The Publix vaccine portal will open this morning at 7 am but there will be no appointments available in Palm Beach County. Currently there is only enough Moderna vaccine to schedule jabs in 20 Florida counties due to weather delayed shipments. Okeechobee county is the only local county with availability.

And the newest mass COVID-19 vaccination site will open this morning in Palm Beach Gardens.
Officials said about 500 people will be vaccinated at the Burns Road Community Center, and by Friday, the goal is to ramp up to 1,000 shots.
The Burns Road Community Center site is set to open on Wednesday at 9 a.m. and vaccinations will be appointment only.
The site will be run by the Health Care District of Palm Beach County and will complement the county’s two other mass COVID-19 vaccination sites at the South Florida Fairgrounds and South County Civic Center.

A mass vaccination site was opened at the South Florida Fairgrounds on February 10th.
People can still sign up for vaccination appointments through the statewide online vaccination appointment registration system. Currently, the Health Care District of Palm Beach County is using the rest of the 60,000 names on the countywide registration list for appointments at the fairgrounds. Health leaders say it will take another four to 6 weeks to get through the name on the county list. It’s too late to sign up on the county list for vaccination appointments.

South Florida Fairgrounds leaders remind people that they cannot sign up for vaccination appointments using the fairgrounds office.

Appointments are also available at select CVS pharmacies in West Palm Beach.
