Protests planned as the president leaves Palm Beach

President Donald Trump is leaving Palm Beach today, and as he heads to the airport, protesters are ready to be heard.

This will be the 3rd time protesters march to be heard in Palm Beach.

Protesters are calling this movement, “No 45 in Palm Beach,” which is planned to take place on President’s Day along the route the presidential motorcade will take to Palm Beach International Airport.

The Women’s March West Palm Beach and South Florida Activism are the two groups overseeing the protest. They say the message is to say “no” to multiple propositions introduced by President Trump’s administration, including, the wall, the travel ban, and the retraction of DACA.

More than 1,000 people have signed up to participate on Facebook.

Today’s protest is scheduled at 1 p.m. near Dreher Park.
