Britain’s Prince Andrew is being officially served with the papers in the sexual assault lawsuit against him.
They were delivered to his Los Angeles-based lawyer on Monday after his legal team said he wasn’t served with them earlier this month.
Virginia Giuffre, who is from Palm Beach County, says she had sex with the Duke of York while she was underage.
The suit was filed in New York and Giuffre says she was assaulted there in addition to other places including London.

The Duke has denied the allegations against him.
The debut hearing for Prince Andrew on Virginia Giuffre's lawsuit has ended, and the judge showed little patience for the royal's service arguments.
