Police in Winter Haven, Florida are currently searching for the father of two young children after he reportedly walked out of a Walmart without paying for diapers and wipes after his card declined.

The incident occurred at the store on 7450 Cypress Gardens Blvd around 4:30 p.m. on September 15.

Store associates say the unidentified man attempted to purchase diapers and baby wipes at the self-checkout lanes when his card declined.

The father tried several more times, however, the card would not go through.

He then left the store.

Authorities say the man then returned to the store without the children and tried to pay for the items again, however, the second card declined. The man decided to walk out with the items anyway.

After seeing the post, several people called both Walmart and the Police station offering to pay for the items for the man if they drop the charges, however, Walmart  say they have a zero-tolerance policy and wants the man to be arrested.
