NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FL– A police officer and another driver were both taken to the hospital after their vehicles collided in front of a fire station early Monday morning.
The incident was said to have occurred around 2:00 a.m. in the area of Northwest 167th Street and 67th Avenue.
According to the report, the officer had to be cut from the vehicle and was airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center.
They are now listed in stable condition.
The driver of the second vehicle was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
