Police in Texas search for man who fatally shot robbery suspect at restaurant


HOUSTON, TX–  The Houston Police Department is searching for who fatally shot a robbery suspect at a restaurant.
The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on January 6th at 6873 South Gessner Road.
Officials say an unknown black male in all-black clothing, a black ski mask, and black gloves was said to have entered the restaurant holding a pistol and demanded money from the patrons.
As the patrons handed over their money, another patron described as a white or Hispanic male, opened fire on the suspect.
The patron then returned the personal belongings to the victims and left the restaurant.
When authorities arrived, the suspect was deceased and many of the witnesses, including the shooter, had already left the restaurant.
Authorities say the man is wanted for questioning as a part of their investigation. No charges have been filed.
