Police at Orlando airport chase woman riding motorized suitcase

A woman who assaulted an officer while riding a motorized suitcase at an airport is set to go to trial.

Chelsea Alston will be headed to court on March 1st for disorderly conduct and battery of an officer.

Authorities say Alston was prevented from boarding her Southwest Airlines flight at Orlando International in April because she appeared to be too intoxicated.

An officer offered to assist her in getting another boarding pass if she sobered up but Alston instead rolled away on her motorized suitcase while yelling profanities. The officer pursued her on his patrol bike throughout the airport in an attempt to secure the situation.

Newly released video shows the officer attempting to lead Alston through the other side of the TSA but Alston refused. At one point she spits on the officer and then is placed under arrest.
