The suspects, identified as 34-year-old Francisco Costa-Perez and 30-year-old Daniel Milian-Diaz, are facing fraud and criminal mischief charges.
They were observed installing illegal skimming devices at the Chevron station located at 19345 State Road 7 last Thursday.

An employee from the gas station told the 911 dispatcher that he was watching the men tampering with the pumps.
PBSO deputies apprehended Costa-Perez and Lilian-Diaz soon afterward during a nearby traffic stop.
