Noah Galle, 17, arrested.

A teenager driving 151 mph at the time of a multi-casualty crash in West Delray has been arrested, according to PBSO.  Generally speeding over 100 mph is a felony.

The horrific, high-speed wreck happened in January with 17-year-old Noah Galle behind the wheel of his BMW.  Investigators say he was driving 151 miles per hour  when he rear-ended a Nissan Rogue SUV on S. State Road 7.  Crash reconstruction determined that Gale made no attempts to break prior to the collision.

The Rogue flipped over and landed on its roof. Five of the people inside the SUV were pronounced dead at the scene, the sixth victim was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The victims were co-workers and family providers.  A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against the teen’s parents.

The sheriff’s office also said Gale’s toxicology report  came back clean. Initially, police reported that he may have been driving under the influence.

Galle is being held at the Juvenile Detention Center.
