PBSO: Driver Crashes into West Palm Beach Home After Being Shot

Deputies are investigating a weekend shooting that ended with a car driving into a West Palm Beach home.

Shortly after 4 p.m. Saturday, multiple cars were heading northbound on Haverhill Rd. from Purdy Ln., when an altercation occurred among the occupants of the cars, resulting in shots being fired.

One driver was struck by the gunfire, causing that person to lose control and drive into a residence in the 2500 block of Haverhill Rd.

No one inside the home was injured.

The victim, who was simply identified as an adult male, was hospitalized and is currently listed in critical condition.

Information on the suspect has not been released.

Detectives from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Division are investigating.
