The victims drove to Bethesda Hospital East where one was pronounced dead on arrival.
The other victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries, according to Barbera.
Apparently the drive-by was a “targeted shooting” and the victims are not talking, according to PBSO.
Anyone who may have witnessed the shooting or what may have led up to the shooting is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 800-458-TIPS. You could receive a reward if your tip leads to an arrest.
