Palm Beach County is planning to spray for mosquitoes by air tonight over 260 thousand acres a half-hour after sunset.
They are targeting populated areas west of Military Trail that include Jupiter, Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, and unincorporated Lake Worth. The Glades community will be sprayed as well.

The mosquito patrol also advises that if residents plan to be outside after dark, use insect repellent containing DEET and wear pants and a long-sleeve shirt to protect against mosquito bites.

Also, residents should inspect their yards and get rid of any standing water or vessels that collect water where the pests can breed.
