Eugene E. Spann Jr.
Young Adult Trainer for CareerSource Palm Beach County.
For the past 20 years his devotion to pedagogy—which has afforded him the opportunity to practice in West Palm Beach, FL and San Diego, CA- has increased and fortified his optimism for humanity.
Eugene’s heart beats for the youth and that passion inspires him to consistently find various ways to connect, model, motivate, and most importantly encourage the next generation of leaders.

Charles Duval
 Associate Vice President of Business Services for CareerSource Palm Beach County. Through CareerSource Charles works primarily in the Glades Region of Palm Beach County.  
He oversees the West Career Center and works with the business community to promote CareerSource Palm Beach County services.
Charles also represents CareerSource among several community based organizations including the Lake Okeechobee Regional Economic Alliance, Glades Career Readiness Roundtable, and the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies Committee among others.  Charles has served CareerSource Palm Beach County in the Glades for the past 9 years.

Megan Wilson
 A Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Specialist at CareerSource Palm Beach County and a disabled veteran who served in the United States Army for 7 years, helps veterans every day with overcoming their significant barriers to employment. Megan completed her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and is currently working on her master’s degree.

Dhiny Mercedes
A Re-Entry Supervisor at CareerSource Palm Beach County and has dedicated more than six years to assisting returning citizens with re-entering society.
Dhiny also has served in the United States Army Reserve since 2011.
He has a passion for helping people reach their full potential while overcoming past mistakes that are often a barrier to employment.

Michael Corbit is the Assistant Vice President of Business Services for CareerSource Palm Beach County, which is chartered by the State of Florida to connect local businesses with local talent. Through CareerSource, Michael collaborates with regional businesses, government, education and industry leaders to spur job growth and business development.
