(PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL)– Sheriff’s detectives arrested a Palm Beach Gardens podiatrist on Friday after conducting an investigation into sexual misconduct complaints levied against him.

Dr. Saul Lipsman, 77, is accused of inappropriately touching a female patient and attempting to kiss her without her consent.

The victim said the incident took place during an office visit in mid-March and PBSO opened an investigation into Lipsman on the 29th.

Finding cause, a judge issued an arrest warrant for Lipsman last Thursday.

Lipsman was released from jail on Saturday after posting $10,000 bond.
