Palm Beach County mask mandate extended

Hope you’ve gotten used to wearing your face mask while in public!

The mask mandate in Palm Beach County has been extended for another 30-days.

The extension was announced on Monday by the County Administrator’s office.

Residents and those visiting the Palm Beach County areas we have to wear  a mask while in public and while in places were it may be difficult to social distance.

The County Administrator says the extension will help the county get a better handle on the COVID situation.

Despite several lawsuits against the order that began in June of 2020, a Palm Beach County judge ruled the ordinance constitutional.
