(MIAMI, FL)– A Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman was arrested over the weekend after he entered the women’s restroom at a nightclub and refused to leave.
The incident occurred around 3:00 a.m. Saturday at the E11EVEN nightclub, on NE 11th St.
Officials say Olisaemeka “Oli” Udoh was speaking to a woman who was in line for the restroom when he followed her inside to finish their conversation.
A security guard noticed the situation and asked Udoh repeatedly to leave the restroom.
Udoh reportedly refused to leave multiple times and was physically removed from both the restroom and the club by security.
Miami Police officers who were outside of the club dealing with another issue, noticed security guards fighting with Udoh near a side door of the club and took over.
Udoh “continued to forcefully stop himself from walking, making it difficult for officers to escort him safely.”
Authorities transported Udoh to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest without violence and disorderly conduct.
