(DES MOINES, Iowa) — Multiple teens were shot Monday afternoon outside East High School high school in Des Moines, Iowa, according to the fire department PIO.
According to fire department spokesperson Ahman Douglass, at least three teens, two boys and one girl, were in critical condition. One victim has passed away, according to police.
The high school was on lockdown.
The identity of the shooter and the circumstances of the shooting are unclear.
