(PALM BEACH COUNTY) – A multi-vehicle crash in Palm Beach County on Floridas Turnpike South beyond Exit 75: Glades Road/SR-808 has caused severe delays.
The accident caused all lanes to close and traffic to back up to before Mile Marker 79.
As of 7:14 a.m. only the left lane is closed.
It is unclear what caused the car crash.
