If you’re a fan of baseball, good news, Spring Training is back in South Florida at the Washington Nationals at The Ballpark of The Palm Beaches and at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium for the St. Louis Cardinals. Pitchers and catchers are reporting to their teams’ complexes in Arizona and Florida. Position players are expected to arrive early next week. Spring training games will start at the end of the month.

The Palm Beaches are the Spring Training location for the Nationals, Cardinals, Astros and Marlins.

Visiting The Ballpark of The Palm Beaches
This park is intimate, yet world-class. With just 7,700 seats, Ballpark of The Palm Beaches is about a quarter of the size of MLB’s smallest regular-season stadium, but it offers big-league amenities, including a Craft Corner with 32 craft beers on tap, suites, lawn seats starting at just $10, and ample parking. Getting tickets in advance is advised, especially when the most popular teams are in town.
Make a full-day experience out of your Spring Training outing to The Ballpark of The Palm Beaches. The West Palm Beach area is packed with things to do. Head to Manatee Lagoon to see the sea cows warming themselves in the waters just off shore. Or enjoy hikes ranging from 1/2-mile to 5 miles around bird-filled Winding Waters Natural Area. The ballpark is just minutes from the Palm Beach International Airport, with a variety of lodging options in the area.

Miami Marlins Spring Training

Visiting Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium
In Jupiter, Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium hosts Spring Training for the St. Louis Cardinals and local-favorite Miami Marlins, so getting tickets early is key. Offering an even more intimate experience with fewer than 7,000 seats, this stadium is also home base to regular-season play for two minor league teams.
While in Jupiter for a game, be sure to stop by the historic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum to get panoramic views of the Florida coastline from the lighthouse balcony 105 steps up. Stay at the luxurious and upscale Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa, or just stop in for drinks and live entertainment in their swanky lounge.
