Missing Broward toddler found safe

Amber alert

UPDATE: A Broward County girl who was the subject of an AMBER Alert is safe. The alert was issued yesterday for Wilton Manors two-year-old Stella Turley, who was last seen with her mother yesterday morning. The two were found yesterday afternoon in Fort Lauderdale, and police arrested the 29-year-old mother for violating a court order. Stella has since been reunited with her father.

Wilton Manors Police issued an Amber Alert and are searching for a missing toddler.  The 2-year-old girl was last seen early Sunday morning at an apartment building where she may have been picked up and taken away by her mother, Christine Ammon, who does not have custody of Stella Victoria Turley.  she is described as 30 inches tall and weighs 36 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
